So now that we've gotten those rubbish myths out of the way, check out a few of these exercise hacks adapted from Top 42 Exercise Hacks by Zen Habits:

- Incorporate your exercise into your daily routine until it becomes a habit. This requires doing your exercises at the same time every day as it is this consistency that breeds a habit.  It is said that by doing something every day at the same time for thirty days, it solidifies a habit.

- Complete one of those thirty day challenges.  There are a variety of options where the challenges can be focused on legs or stomach or even an overall body challenge etc. The challenge become a bit more intense as the days go by, so its wise to have company while doing it.  Challenge your friends, co-workers or ever your significant other by incorporating a prize for the winner.  This makes the challenge more exciting, fun and brings out our competitive spirit as we rise to the occasion.

- Sign up for a marathon.  Again this brings out your competitive spirit and can be great fun with a group of friends. There are many marathons these days that are usually held for not only fitness reasons but also for a good cause. Sign up today for an upcoming marathon such as the Bankers' Insurance Half-Marathon on August 31, 2017 or the Scotia Women Against Breast Cancer 5k in September 2017.
